Return Policy

CA Cosméticos strictly complies with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC).

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

In accordance with Article 49 of the CDC, customers may withdraw from a purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

2. Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

For a request to be accepted, the item must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be unused.
• It must be in its original packaging, intact and sealed.
• It must be accompanied by the Invoice (Nota Fiscal).

Attention: Opened products or those with broken seals are considered "used," making them ineligible for return.

3. Ineligible Products

• Opened or used products.
• Tampered or damaged packaging.
• Items damaged due to improper use.

4. How to Request

All requests must be made exclusively through our Customer Service (SAC):

• Required Info: Full name, order number, and reason for the request.

5. Manufacturing Defects

The deadline to report a defect is 30 days after receipt.

• Logistics: We do not offer home collection. The customer must drop off the product at a Post Office (Correios) using a postage code provided by our SAC.
• Analysis Period: Once received, the product will undergo technical analysis within 30 days.

6. Technical Analysis

When necessary (to verify changes in scent, texture, color, etc.), an internal analysis will be conducted. Following technical and legal protocols, approximately 10 ml of the product may be used for testing purposes.

7. Reverse Logistics

• Costs covered by CA Cosméticos: Cases of withdrawal within the legal timeframe or manufacturing defects.
• Costs covered by the customer: All other cases of exchange for personal preference/convenience.
• Packaging: We do not cover the costs of boxes or packaging materials for return shipping.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

• Credit Card: Refund on the statement (timeline depends on the card issuer).
• PIX / Bank Transfer: Transfer to an account held by the same individual who made the purchase.
• Discount Coupon: If the customer prefers store credit for a future purchase.

9. Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping for orders over R$ 100.00.

• Use of Coupons: If a discount coupon reduces the final order value below the minimum threshold, or during specific promotions, shipping fees will apply. The benefit applies only to the final value of the products.

10. Final Information

Upon delivery, inspect the packaging. If there is visible damage or signs of tampering, refuse the delivery and contact our SAC immediately.
