Shipping
- Coverage: We deliver nationwide (all over Brazil).
- Processing Time: Orders are posted within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation (this may extend to 7 business days during promotional periods).
- Shipping Methods: Deliveries are made via Correios (National Post) or private carriers.
- Delivery Times: The estimated arrival time varies depending on your region and the chosen carrier.
- Tracking: Your tracking code will be sent automatically once the order has been dispatched.
- Responsability: It is the customer's full responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
- Delivery Attempts: Up to 3 attempts will be made. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the recipient's absence, or failure to pick it up at the post office (when requested), the cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer. We do not offer scheduled deliveries.
